Via Del Mar villas are the ultimate in affordable and desirable beach homes.  These 2-3 bedrooms range from 1300 square feet under air to 2300 square feet.  All have 1-2 car garages.  The villas are incredibly charming.  Mediterranean styling combined with CBS construction and barrel tile roofs creates an image of a small European Village.  These Jupiter homes have lots of niches, detailed coffered or tray ceiling lines, large patio areas and open floor plans.
