Old Floresta homes at Boca Raton is a unique historical neighborhood originally established in the mid 1920’s by society architect Addison Mizner. This picturesque Spanish Mediterranean style neighborhood defined Boca Raton’s signature style that can be seen to this day. Named “Floresta” (a delightful rural place), Old Floresta took shape on lush tree-lined streets named for flowering plants, with quaint Mediterranean-style homes that contain rustic stucco walls, wrought iron balconies, barrel tile roofs and tropical landscaping. At present time, Old Floresta keeps the charm of yesteryear and honors its history, preserving many of the original Mizner-designed homes. Old Floresta was designated Boca’s first Historic District in 1990.

Old Floresta is located in the heart of Boca Raton real estate. Only minutes away from Mizner Park, the Boca Raton Resort, beautiful beaches and world class golf courses. Close to I-95 and Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale International airports.
